What are the shipping options?
Shipping for regular orders is calculated through ShipBae at checkout. Shipping fees apply to every order. Bulk orders require a separate shipping quote before payment. Email us or call 806-491-6877.
How long does order processing take?
Orders without embroidery are processed in 7–14 business days. Orders with embroidery are processed in 14–21 business days. These are processing times before shipping; carrier transit time is additional.
What is your return and exchange policy?
